With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service, we are committed to continuous improvement across all areas of the business, including Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented QHSE Administrator to support the delivery and ongoing development of the Company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy. Working closely with the Management Team, the successful candidate will help ensure compliance with company processes, maintain accurate documentation, and promote a safe and efficient working environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>QHSE Systems & Documentation</h3><ul><li>Assist with the preparation and review of policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work</li><li>Maintain the Quality Manual, operating procedures, and technical specifications</li><li>Develop new operating procedures and associated training materials as required</li><li>Maintain up‑to‑date records of standards, specifications, and company documentation</li><li>Complete internal audits of our processes and liaise with external auditors.</li></ul><h3>Compliance & Reporting</h3><ul><li>Ensure all accidents, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions are recorded and reported in line with company processes</li><li>Support accident investigations, including analysis and reporting</li><li>Maintain CSR databases and related records</li><li>Prepare reports for the management team</li></ul><h3>Training & Advisory</h3><ul><li>Deliver QHSE inductions for new employees</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of staff training programmes</li><li>Provide guidance and practical support on QHSE matters across the business</li></ul><h3>General Administration & Support</h3><ul><li>Update contract documentation and liaise with clients and agents</li><li>Order PPE and other relevant supplies</li><li>Provide general administrative support as required</li></ul><h3>Skills & Experience Required</h3><ul><li>NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – desirable</li><li>Previous experience in a health and safety or QHSE‑related role</li><li>Experience in accident investigation and reporting</li><li>Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems</li><li>Auditing experience or qualification – advantageous</li><li>Strong organisational and time‑management skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul><p>Qualifications are advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.</p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive pay.</li><li>29 days annual leave.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Workplace Pension Scheme.</li><li>Company‑provided uniform.</li><li>Excellent staff discounts.</li></ul><p>Our contracted standard working hours are 38 hours per week, 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 12noon on a Friday.</p><p>If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!</p><p>If you are interested in joining our team, please send your CV to:</p><p>jason.fraser@norscot.co.uk<br/>Deadline: Friday 26th June.</p></div>
