Relief Store Manager – Berkshire & Surrey
Salary: £30,969 per annum + bonus + benefits
Location: Advertised centrally; this role covers stores across Basingstoke, Reading, High Wycombe and Kingston upon Thames.
Please note: A full UK driving licence is required, as this role involves regular travel between stores.

What you'll be doing: Supporting the day-to-day running of multiple stores
Leading, coaching and motivating teams to deliver strong performance
Delivering an excellent customer experience at all times
Overseeing stock control, merchandising and store standards
Driving sales, profitability and overall store performance
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
What we're looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for retail and customer service
Previous supervisory or management experience in retail
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings
A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt across different stores
