The Role:

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Management Information and Funding (MIF) department as a Project Support Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of externally funded projects and ensuring accurate financial and administrative management.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

As a Project Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

2. Supporting the financial management of project-funded bids, including preparing accurate claims and monitoring reports.
3. Liaising with project leads, funding authorities, and external partners to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
4. Coordinating the tracking, recording, and reporting of project activities, case studies, and evaluations.
5. Maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based project records, ensuring they meet audit and statutory requirements.
6. Deputising for the Project Manager at relevant funding and network meetings.
7. Providing flexible support to the wider MIF team with routine activities (e.g., course file validation, ULN administration) and during peak periods such as enrolment.
