The Role |
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and foster a supportive team atmosphere.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Enjoys running shifts, planning schedules, and coaching on the go
* Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
