Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Package + Bonus
We’re looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a driven, Kent based Fit Out Contractor's commercial team delivering a landmark £50m+ commercial cut and carve refurbishment project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years’ experience to play a key role on a large, complex refurbishment, working as part of a high-performing commercial team. You’ll be hands-on from early stages through to final account, in an environment that’s flexible, collaborative, and unapologetically ambitious.

What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting the commercial management of a £60m+ commercial refurbishment project
2. Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and financial control
3. Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
4. Preparing and reporting cost value reconciliations (CVRs)
