We are seeking an Energetic Centre Manager who can hit the ground running, leveraging their extensive industry experience to lead our facility to new heights. This isn't an entry level role. Your depth of experience will be the foundation for our future success. Primary objectives for the Centre Manager will be: Input into and implement the business strategy, with a focus on consistently enhancing financial performance and contract usage. Manage, develop, and coordinate staff resources effectively to meet operational requirements and create a dynamic, innovative, and responsive team. Ensure the effective running of the facilities for the community and develop, maintain, and evolve good relations with existing clients. Monitor operational performance through proper company accounting and reporting procedures to increase the company's image and credibility. Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture, while also securing new business The Centre Manager will focus day to day on the following tasks: Operations & Facilities Management, Oversee the smooth, day to day running and maintenance of the facilities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and effective implementation of operational procedures and the company's Health and Safety and Environmental Management policies. People Management & Development, Build and maintain a sound organizational structure by recruiting, training, and motivating staff, and fostering a good motivational culture within the Contract. Business & Quality Assurance, Develop programs to increase local community usage, maintain quality-assured procedures in line with QUEST, and ensure all required information is provided to the Client. Administration, Effectively carry out all financial accounting requirements and undertake any other duties as reasonably required by Senior Management.
