* ctingStrong pre-contract experience, including tendering, commercial review, and negoti
* ationProven experience negotiating T&Cs with Tier 1 contractors and/or major housebui
* ldersGood understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g. NEC,
* JCT)Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making at early s

* killsDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experi
