Wellbeing Officer
Location: Ealing
Salary: £33,000
Ingeus are currently recruiting for a Wellbeing Officer to manage a caseload of participants that require low and medium level to support their mental wellbeing such as cognitive behavioural therapy, lifestyle, health specific and psycho educational workshops, in addition to upskilling and supporting employment advisors on how to support their participants in these areas.
What you'll be doing as a wellbeing officer:
* Providing face to face, video & phone sessions for the participants to support pathway to employment
* Producing tailored health action plans for each participants referred to support employability
* Offering advice and guidance to participants about their health conditions and empowering individuals to manage their health more independently and effectively to support the participant back to the work place
What we're looking for:
* Degree qualified Psychologists or Diploma qualified Counsellor currently working in this field
* Previous experience of applying the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and/or, Motivational Interviewing and/or Brief Solution Focused Therapy approaches to a participant base
* Valid membership for the BPS
* A registered member of the BACP or the UKCP
* Degree qualification in Psychology or a recognised Counselling qualification
