Fleet Co-ordinator, Walsall, £35,000 per annum Car, Bonus Cast UK are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Planner & Co-ordinator to oversee our client's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and cost-effective movement of goods and services. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage fleet operations to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations. Monitor and allocate vehicles, routes, and drivers for maximum efficiency. Supervise and support drivers, addressing issues and maintaining high morale. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and vehicle maintenance schedules. Analyse data to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs. Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and third-party providers.What We're Looking For Proven experience in fleet planning, logistics, or a similar role.
