Overview
Our client is a growing family‑run business focused on exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience / Culture Assistant to join a fast‑paced team based in Guildford. This role sits within the customer experience team and is the first point of contact for external customers and internal employees, helping to maintain a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist / manage onsite Customer Experience
* Maintain high quality facilities with the Customer Experience Team
* Manage customer communication
* Supervise business events
* Supervise efficient running of office
* Assist operational staff
