No two days look the same... one day you might be running focus groups on political attitudes; the next, analysing survey data that shapes a client’s engagement strategy.
You will:
🔬 Lead multi-method research projects from design to delivery.
📊 Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis that informs client strategies.
🗣️ Present findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
🤝 Collaborate with colleagues across research, communications, and strategy.
🌱 Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality outputs.
💼 Contribute to new business proposals and be part of client pitch teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3–5+ years’ experience in social, political, or corporate comms research.
* Strong qual and quant skills: focus groups, survey design, analysis, storytelling.
* The ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
