Job Title: Field Sales Consultant
Salary: £26,000 + £2,400 car allowance & fuel card (travel expenses covered)
Commission: Uncapped, with OTE up to £50K
Location: Bolton (100% field-based)

At Bionic, we are the UK's leading business comparison and switching service, supporting small businesses nationwide. We are expanding our team in Bolton, focusing on engaging with local small businesses to help them grow and succeed through our services.
Our services combine smart technology with human expertise to assist with energy, insurance, connectivity, and finance needs. We are partnered with Compare the Market, Uswitch for Business, and MoneySuperMarket, ensuring our clients get the best deals.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively generate new business and leads within your territory.
2. Provide tailored solutions across energy, telecoms, and insurance services.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
4. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, leveraging referrals.
5. Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients, offering excellent ongoing support.
6. Plan and manage your daily schedule to maximize opportunities.
7. Meet or exceed set targets and KPIs consistently.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in sales, including office-based, door-to-door, or prospecting roles.
* Strong prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to close sales and influence customer decisions.
* Excellent pipeline management skills.
* Strong verbal and numerical reasoning, with attention to detail.
* Resilient, focused under pressure, and target-driven.
* Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales goals.
* Open to coaching and professional development.
* Full UK driving license with valid insurance; business insurance required before starting. Car allowance and fuel card provided.
* Comfortable working in a field-based role across Bolton.
