Level 3 Teaching Assistant Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Pay: From £102 per day Location: Stockport About the Role We're partnering with a welcoming, supportive primary school in Stockport that's seeking a confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, supporting pupils to achieve their potential in a positive and inclusive environment. As a Level 3 TA, you'll play a key role in helping pupils engage with learning, grow in confidence, and thrive both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher with daily lessons and classroom management Deliver 1:1 support and small group interventions tailored to pupils' needs Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and assessment Create an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents to support learning and development About You To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting Knowledge of the national curriculum and effective classroom support strategies A proactive, caring, and reliable approach to supporting learning Excellent communication and teamwork skills A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Join Us?
