Salary: £45,00-£48,00 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid, Head Office Long Eaton


About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Recruitment Analytics & Campaign Manager to join our growing team at Storal. This is a specialist role for someone who is not only passionate about recruitment but also highly skilled in analytics, attraction strategies, digital campaign management, and optimising the candidate journey.

You’ll work closely with our internal teams and Nursery managers to create and execute targeted, measurable recruitment campaigns—bringing deep Indeed knowledge and an analytical mindset to continuously improve results.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Safer Recruitment in Early Years and wants to bring innovation, insight, and efficiency to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.


Responsibilities

* Lead the development and execution of targeted recruitment campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, job boards).
* Build and manage proactive talent attraction pipelines for both volume and specialist roles across Early Years settings.
* Champion best practices in candidate journey design, ensuring consistent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experiences.
* Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g. time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness, campaign ROI).
* Use data to inform strategy and continuously improve attraction methods, sourcing tactics, and platform performance.
* Maintain dashboards and deliver regular insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making and workforce planning.
* Act as the go-to expert on Indeed—leveraging sponsored job campaigns, analytics tools, and platform best practices.
* Explore and implement new sourcing tools and technologies that align with our recruitment needs and values.


What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in recruitment campaign management, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction strategy.
* Advanced knowledge of Indeed—including sponsored campaigns, analytics tools, and performance optimisation.
* Strong experience with recruitment analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
* A solid understanding of Safer Recruitment in Early Years, including compliance requirements and best practices.
* Experience improving the candidate journey through technology, content, and process.
* Expertise in using an ATS and recruitment marketing platforms.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
* Passion for continuous improvement and staying on top of industry trends.
