Salary:
£41,997 - £44,796, dependent on skills and experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfill their potential and develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviors to progress within the business.
* Take professional pride and embrace continuous professional development to deliver innovative teaching, learning, and assessment.
* Assess and monitor learner progress and performance to ensure occupational competence, in line with standards and legislative requirements.
* Coach learners by providing support, mentoring, and motivation throughout their learning journey.
* Design and deliver vocational learning content as part of a blended pedagogy to develop learners as innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Effective coaching and mentoring skills with an electrical background.
* Fully qualified electrician.
* Strong interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with welfare, support, and safeguarding issues.
* Organizational and time management skills.
Desirable:
* A1/Assessor qualification.
* Experience with submarines.
