As Product Owner, you’ll bridge the gap between vision and delivery. You’ll help turn ideas into impactful digital features that improve the wellbeing journey for users — collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Experience teams. You’ll shape the roadmap, manage sprint cycles, and serve as a key advocate for the user experience throughout the development process.
Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
Make quick, informed decisions to keep development moving.
Feature Ownership: Take responsibility for feature development from concept through release.
2–3 years’ experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
~ Proven success in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
