Role Overview: As a Change and Integration Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's organizational transformation initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies that drive successful change adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Change Communication Planning: Work closely with project teams to create communication plans that align with change management objectives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor communication messages accordingly.
3. Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and impactful communication materials (emails, presentations, intranet articles) to inform employees about changes.
4. Channel Management: Utilize various communication channels (intranet, town halls, newsletters) to disseminate information effectively.
5. Measurement and Feedback: Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts and gather feedback to refine strategies.
Qualifications: Proven experience in change communication, preferably within a large organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Contract Details: Temporary contract for 6-12 months.
