Key Responsibilities
Lead the Strategy
Craft and execute innovative revenue management strategies that drive optimal room revenue and yield across your cluster of hotels.
Read the Market
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate to Win
Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing, promotional activity, and commercial plans for maximum impact.
Leverage the Tools
Use advanced revenue systems and analytics to continually fine‑tune rates, inventory, and distribution.
Develop Talent
Coach and mentor property‑level revenue managers, championing best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
Tell the Story
Produce insightful reporting and forecasting to share performance insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
Be a Strategic Advisor
Work hand‑in‑hand with General Managers, offering expert guidance and commercial intelligence that supports strong, sustainable profitability.

Proven Revenue Expertise
Hands‑on experience within hotel revenue management, backed by a strong record of driving revenue growth, shaping pricing strategies, and maximising yield.
Multi‑Property Mastery
Experience managing revenue across a cluster or portfolio of hotels, with the ability to tailor strategies to different markets while keeping a clear, cohesive commercial vision.
Inspiring Leadership
A natural mentor with previous leadership or managerial experience. You're confident in guiding, supporting, and developing revenue managers to deliver results as a unified team.
Analytical Brilliance
A love for data — and the skill to translate market trends, demand patterns, and complex analytics into actions that move the needle.
Tech‑Savvy Revenue Skills
