As Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will shape and share a compelling organisational story, help embed our four behaviours and champion mission‑led leadership, capture and celebrate the six ways of working in action, spotlight best practice and learning as we grow as a learning organisation, and strengthen the council's external reputation by showcasing our achievements through awards, campaigns and recruitment activity.

* Experienced, confident internal communications professional.
* Strong storytelling skills.
* Sound judgement and ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
* Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across services and leaders.
* Curious, insight‑led and inclusive with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
