Job title: Customer Sales Advisor - No evenings or weekends! Job Description: What you’ll be doing: Making outbound B2B sales calls (90% cold leads, 10% warm leads) using a dialler system. Building strong relationships and a healthy sales pipeline. Providing competitive quotes for dual fuel (gas and electricity) packages. Explaining terms and conditions clearly and professionally. Taking direct debit details and completing the sale process. Checking credit scores via Experian and verifying meter compatibility. Following a scripted, FCA-regulated sales pitch. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in outbound sales or a similar target-driven environment. Excellent communication and rapport-building skills. Confidence in handling objections and closing sales. A proactive, resilient attitude and a team-player mindset. What’s in it for you?
