THE ROLE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Event Sales & Retention Manager to work across their growing agency, responsible for sales, retention, and business development.

The responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth
* Identifying new business opportunities and building a sales pipeline
* Managing and nurturing key accounts, including complex deals
* Representing the company at industry events, building brand presence
* Preparing proposals, tenders, and business pitches
* Monitoring and analyzing sales figures, reporting to senior management
* Collaborating with the project team for smooth client handovers and service delivery

THE CANDIDATE

Applicants should have experience from a creative event agency, ideally with multi-million pound annual sales conversion. Strong account management skills, along with new business outreach, are essential.
