We are looking for a reliable teaching assistant to support pupils with a wide range of SEND needs in a warm, inclusive school community.
About the Role
* Support pupils with MSI, ASD, PMLD, PD, and SLD across structured, sensory‑based, and communication‑focused learning activities.
* Help create inclusive learning environments that encourage independence, engagement, and emotional regulation.
* Provide personal‑care support where required, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and external specialists to deliver targeted interventions and track progress.
* Assist with classroom organisation, resource preparation, and the implementation of visual timetables and communication systems.
* Contribute to behaviour support strategies and safeguarding procedures.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
