About the Role
We're on the hunt for a talented and creative Content Creator who's passionate about storytelling through video. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a proven track record of filming and editing engaging content, and wants to help build something special from the ground up.
You'll be working closely with me (the founder) to grow both my personal brand and support content across my restaurant and future business ventures. Your primary focus will be TikTok and Instagram, creating high-quality, authentic content that resonates with our audience and builds an engaged online community.
What You'll Be Doing
* Plan, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories
* Help grow and manage my personal brand on social media, aligning with my voice, values, and long-term vision
* Create content that showcases the behind-the-scenes of running a restaurant and launching new businesses
* Collaborate on content strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and follower growth
* Stay on top of social trends and implement them quickly to keep content fresh and relevant
* Occasionally assist with content for the restaurant's brand accounts and other business-related pages
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience filming and editing engaging social media content — show us what you've done
* Skilled with editing tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
* Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and what makes content go viral
* Comfortable being behind the camera (and occasionally in front of it if needed)
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently with minimal direction
* Passion for branding, storytelling, and entrepreneurship
* Bonus: Experience with photography, graphic design, or managing social media pages
