Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing sales in the yard and ensuring the quality of materials produced
* Supervising the depot team, including mobile plant operators, weighbridge, labourers, and stores
* Handling any complaints that arise and ensuring safety protocols are followed
* Managing the crushing/screening operation for efficiency
* Maintaining sufficient and safe stockpiles
* Ensuring operatives complete PUWER checks
* Conducting depot site audits and maintaining daily site diary records
* Supervising yard maintenance works and managing waste materials
* Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the yard, drains, and bays
* Raising near misses and incidents, performing stock takes, and ordering materials
* Managing dust in the yard using sprinklers and sweepers
* Implementing SHE controls in the yard and developing depot improvement systems
* Undertaking other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Management Team
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in supervising a busy depot
* Excellent customer service and people management skills
* Competent plant operator (shovel, 360, forklift, etc.) preferred
* Proof of the right to work in the UK (Passport or Birth Certificate)
* Valid CPCS & NPORS Card
* Full, clean UK driving license

Requirements
Daily Tasks • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company established Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) expectations and customer quality expectations. • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment including power and control wiring, motors, controls, electronic devices, PLC’s and building electrical maintenance. • Troubleshoots PLC and other electronic systems. Able to troubleshoot and program machine logic systems. • Read and interpret schematics, parts manuals, blueprints, sketches, hydraulic diagrams, and machine manuals. • Evaluate production report comments prior to performing maintenance to ensure all causes for production inefficiencies are addressed and corrected. • Perform building maintenance as directed by Maintenance Manager. • Maintain sufficient records to support the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (EAM) including work orders and parts management. • Responsible for active participation on plant teams and activities including safety, quality, sustainability, community involvement, OEE, maintenance, employee wellness, brainstorming and continuous improvement which are required to create and maintain a World Class environment. • Operate Powered Industrial Truck, Boom Lift and Scissor Lift per OSHA regulations rules and guidelines. Experience Needed • A sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation and the desire and focus to improve the business. • Qualifications in Electrical Engineering • Experience with Mechanical Maintenance or training completed • Experience with advanced skills in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
