Excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing organisation where finance plays a genuine role in supporting operational decision-making. Working closely with non-finance stakeholders, you’ll provide insight, analysis and challenge to help improve performance, productivity and financial control.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across assigned business areas
Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support
Produce P&L analysis, variance commentary and performance reporting on a regular basis
Track costs, productivity and key performance drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities
Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts
Contribute to the preparation of management reporting and KPI dashboards
Ensure financial data is accurate, well understood and clearly communicated
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner role:
Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role, working closely with non-finance stakeholders
Confident communicator who enjoys delving deep into the detail, asking questions and improving business understanding
Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
