What Youll Be Doing: Support Worker (Driver) Doncaster, South Yorkshire
As a Support Worker, youll provide person-centred care and practical assistance to people with a learning disability. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting people with daily living tasks cooking, cleaning, managing money, attending appointments
Encouraging independent living and personal development
Providing companionship and promoting positive relationships
Helping people access the community and social activities
Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication (where required)
Driving individuals to activities or appointments (hold a full manual UK driving licence)
