Setting: Nursery School (supporting Nursery to KS2)

Pay: £90–£110 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery school in Hereford. This is a full-time role supporting children across Nursery through to Key Stage 2, providing high-quality care, learning support, and encouragement during these vital early years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting children’s learning and development across Nursery, KS1, and KS2
* Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging activities
* Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
* Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working with children from early years to KS2
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
