About the Role
The main purpose of the role is to deliver a fantastic service to our guests while they are enjoying their holiday with us. In Guest Services, you will primarily work behind the scenes on our telephone-based system, helping our guests have a more entertaining and fun break. You will assist our guests in curating their stay by providing advice about our product offerings and local area. If things don't go as planned, you will help our guests get back on track using your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand what went wrong, ensuring any jobs or feedback are logged and followed up with the guest. Within the guest services team, we also handle the check-in experience for all guests and meet some guests face-to-face to assist with their needs.
Normal Working Hours
We are currently looking for full-time team members to join us in Guest Services. Normal working hours will include shifts between 9am and 9pm on arrival days, and 9am to 5pm on other days. We operate 7 days a week, so flexibility with days, start, and finish times is required to ensure we can provide a great experience for our guests.

* Be proficient with computer systems used to log jobs and feedback for guests.
