1. Location: Ludlow
2. Salary: Up to £17.50 per hour + Time Saved Bonus
3. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (Flexible Working Hours)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established Accident Repair Centre in Ludlow.
This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident working on a wide range of vehicles. You’ll play a key position in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards while working in a supportive and efficient bodyshop environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
10. Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
11. Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
12. Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels
13. Realign chassis and bodywork to manufacturer standards
14. Use welding and panel beating techniques where required
15. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maximise bonus earnings
16. Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
17. Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
18. Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
19. Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair/bodyshop environment
20. Strong knowledge of repair techniques and body alignment
21. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
22. High attention to detail and quality-focused approach
23. Motivated to work efficiently and maximise time saved bonus
24. Full UK driving licence
