This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is confident managing both marketing activity and internal sales tasks. You will play an important part in helping the business continue its growth by supporting customers, strengthening marketing output, and enhancing the overall online presence. The Role Sales and Account Support Handle incoming sales calls and customer emails, ensuring queries are resolved promptly. Prepare quotes, process orders, and support the sales office with day-to-day administrative tasks. Follow up on leads Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide a high level of service. Assist the Sales Manager with product updates, pricing reviews, and customer communications.
