Salary: £34,700 per annum

In this role you will support and deliver both practical and theory‑based Motorsport training across a range of courses and qualification levels. You will play a key role in supporting student progress, maintaining high standards, and helping develop the next generation entering the Motorsport industry.
Responsibilities
* Deliver practical and classroom‑based Motorsport training
* Teach across a range of Motorsport qualifications and levels
* Support student progression, attainment, and development
* Help maintain high standards across teaching and learner outcomes
* Work closely with students to develop technical and employability skills
* Participate in full teacher training and development programs
Qualifications & Requirements
* Background in Motorsport, Motorsport Engineering, or similar
* Industry experience within the Motorsport sector
* Passion for developing and supporting others
* Looking to move into teaching, training, or education
* Teaching experience not essential; full teacher training provided
* Full UK driving licence preferred
