We will provide training to allow you to use a variety of grounds maintenance machinery to deliver works including grass cutting, weeding, planting and ground preparation. The role works directly in the community on sites across Doncaster, giving you the chance to see the difference Street Scene makes to local residents. Responsibilities
* Primary role will be the treatment of weed growth along the highway via quadbike; prior experience in this field and PA1, PA2 and PA6 qualifications are desirable.
* Deliver works including grass cutting, weeding, planting and ground preparation, following training on a variety of grounds maintenance machinery.
* Work directly in the community on sites across Doncaster, contributing to the Street Scene team’s impact on local residents.
* Maintain and enhance Doncaster’s public spaces, delivering outstanding service to residents.
Qualifications
* Experience in horticulture or grounds maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
* Positive attitude, ability to work well in a team, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
* Desirable: PA1, PA2 and PA6 qualifications for weed treatment along highways.
