Job Description
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
3. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely payment of debts
4. Process invoices, transactions, and expenses in line with company policy
5. Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
6. Prepare reports detailing aged debt and credit control activity
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
8. Work closely with the wider finance team to improve processes and policies
9. Comply with all necessary legal standards and regulations
10. Assist with other accounting projects as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. A strong understanding of credit control processes and principles
12. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
13. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
14. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
16. An educational background in finance, accounting or a related field
