Our client is a fast-growing managed services provider that supports clients across the UK, helping them run more efficient and responsive technology operations. They're now looking to hire a Service Delivery Coordinator to act as a vital link between clients and technical teams.
This is a fully remote, Monday–Friday position (8am–6pm shift pattern) with a salary of up to £35,000.

What You’ll Bring:
• Acting as the first point of escalation for 5–10 clients
• Managing ticket queues and ensuring timely updates and resolutions
• Coordinating with internal technical teams (primarily DBAs) to ensure alignment and responsiveness
• Monitoring SLAs and driving continuous improvement in service performance
• Delivering a high standard of customer experience and communication
• Supporting internal processes and building a culture of service excellence
Who This Role is Ideal For:
• A 1st Line or Service Desk Analyst looking for more responsibility and growth
