Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will collaborate with Senior P&G Project Architects to lead both internal and external design teams on major building projects across Europe, including new constructions and remodels. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Project Coordination: Manage the design process through various phases, including feasibility studies, design briefs, detailed designs, bidding, execution, and project close-out.
* Data Insights Driving Workplace Design Strategy: Utilize occupancy and portfolio data to create actionable insights, transforming planning principles into Design Toolkits and automated solutions.
* Digital Design Innovation: Engage in parametering, scripting for AI tools, and digital modeling to enhance idea generation and user engagement. Develop and pilot AI design capabilities in collaboration with project partners.
Working Conditions
This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey, with travel opportunities across Europe. Enjoy a convenient commute from London, with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service to the office. Plus, we offer:
