Job Overview
Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to expand our European sales team. The role involves managing key accounts across the UK and Europe, focusing on activated carbon products and services for various industries including Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, Wastewater, and Potable Water.
Responsibilities
* Develop and grow existing accounts, ensuring maximum penetration and coverage for new products and services.
* Identify and develop new client accounts through personal sales efforts, technical expertise, and partnerships.
* Collaborate with regional sales teams and distribution networks in the UK and Europe.
* Manage relationships with channel partners, agents, and distributors.
* Travel throughout Europe (25-50%) for customer visits, trade shows, conferences, and training.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience.
* Experience in industries such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Water, Wastewater, or related fields.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science discipline; business qualifications and industry experience preferred.
* Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and data-driven.
* Willingness to travel extensively within Europe.
Requirements

* Experience managing and developing key accounts and working with UK and European teams.
