Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in leading transformative projects focused on warehouse automation, process optimisation, and customer onboarding. Warehouse Project Manager Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of warehouse and logistic s projects Work closely with Transport and forwarding departments Identify, recommend, and implement changes and enhancements to the department as required. Take responsibility for the solution creation and implementation for any specific logistics projects Drive change management and stakeholder engagement Manage automation system implementations and vendor partnerships Track KPIs and report progress to senior leadership Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Warehouse Project Manager Requirements Hands-on experience with warehouse automation technologies Previous transit operation management experience (Desirable) Proven project management experience in warehouse/logistics environments Change management experience (Desirable) Full UK Drivers License Familiarity with WMS, automation tech, and project management tools Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods Full UK driving license TLP Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
