We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Account Executives in the day-to-day management of insurance renewals and administrative tasks. This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with people, and has a knack for staying organised.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and book insurance renewal appointments between clients and Account Executives.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to gather required information and answer general queries.
Renewal Preparation Support
Assist in compiling relevant documentation and client information ahead of renewal meetings.
Ensure post-renewal documents are filed and processed correctly.
Mid-Term Adjustment Processing
Manage mid-term changes requested by clients, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Draft renewal packs, needs assessments, disclosure statements, and cover letters outlining any new terms. What We’re Looking For:
