We're on the lookout for an exceptional Bar Manager to join our bier-loving, cocktail-shaking, seven days of showtime-celebrating team at Albert's Schloss Manchester - part of the award-winning Mission Mars family.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading our Bar Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every single night
* Bringing energy and passion to everything from service to cocktail creation
* Coaching and developing your team through 1-1s, incentives and hands-on leadership
* Driving standards, managing performance and championing a culture of excellence
* Playing a key role in our Guest Experience Bonus and ensuring every guest leaves delighted
Who We're Looking For
* Previous Bar Management experience in a wet-led, high-energy venue
* A genuine passion for delivering amazing drinks and unforgettable service
* A people-first leader who brings out the best in others
* Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a sharp eye for detail
* Experience in finance, stock, and rota management is great - but we can teach that if you've got the attitude
