Location: Shefford, Bedfordshire, South East, UKRole / Job Title:SAP ISU IDEWork Location:Ireland (1 day a week)The RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP ISU IDE Consultant to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ISU IDE/Meterworks/Device/Workflow areas of SAP systems that support critical business functions. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects.Your Responsibilities (Up to 10, avoid repetition):Provide subject matter expertise and support for the ESB's SAP Systems in the area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow.Experience with SMART projects and/or AMI/MDMSProvide end user support for SAP ISU.Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the businessWork on internal SAP projects and Change Requests as required.Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the SAP landscape.Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the specification, development and testing of enhancements/modifications to the SAP solution.Complete knowledge transfer for respective application areas to other members of the ESB team.Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to identify and manage risks.Managing change request scoping to include:Estimation and design preparing functional specificationsImplementation completing system configurationLiaising closely with ABAP / Basis and Security teams during build phaseYour ProfileEssential Skills / Knowledge / Experience (Up to 10, avoid repetition):Hands-on functional experience in SAP ISU area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow.Knowledge of Meter works and Service Orders, Notifications and tasks, Hands-on experience with Workflow Configuration desirable. Bulk creation of service orders.Experience in functional specification writing, functional/integration/performance testing/regression testing etc.Reporting and documentation/writing for audit reasons and for smooth transition of projects to support.Stakeholder management, negotiation and communicationExcellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory for interaction with different stakeholders involved in the Projects (i.e. in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people).Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience (As applicable):Knowledge of the Electricity and Gas markets North and South in Ireland is desirableKnowledge of standard testing practices for SAP Projects is a must.Experience with the application HP Quality Centre is an advantage (i.e. for the creation and execution of test scripts and the resolution of defects)Ability to maintain a common set of scoping, design, implementation and test artefacts and templates in line with agreed project definitionsExperience of working on large SAP projectsExperience of all phases of project lifecycleTPBN1_UKTJ
