Benefits:Company events, Company pension, Employee discount, Employee mentoring programme, Free, on-site parking, Referral programme, Store discount, Bonus scheme Requirements: Essential Criteria: at least 1 year's experience in this role or similar outstanding customer service well organised passionate, enthusiastic and motivated basic level of computer literacy Desirable criteria: 2 years experience within this role or similar previous knowledge and experience of the motor trade industry Description: Duties includes: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Running the office, including managing the diary/booking in work Dealing with all customer enquiries, raising quotations and liaising with customers for additional work Liaising with the workshop staff & suppliers. Processing payments and managing the petty cash Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies Willingness to travel and cover other centres if and when required Other duties as requested
