Mortgage Advisor - Employed - East Bristol PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that co owns a number of Indy Agency businesses in the Down End & Lyde Green areas. The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The business is extremely busy and productive as a result of a real focus by the Estate Agency business on the Mortgage opportunities. The firm are now looking for a further advisor to accomadate the large business numbers that just keep growing each year as a result of continued new business from the Estate Agency and the remortgage opportunities that keep rolling over as the business ages. Base salary DOE and negotiable but circa £32,000. Average loan sizes are circa 300k meaning £50,000 earnings and more are certainly possible We are ideally looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience. The role cannot be compared to that of corporate linked Financial Services linked to Estate Agency no micro management here.
