Essential Duties
1. Word processing, filing and scheduling.
2. Preparation of internal and external reports
3. Compilation of weekly, monthly, and yearly QHSSE KPI updates
4. Record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary.
5. Responds to general inquiries from management, employees and clients inside and outside of the company
6. Coordinates and schedules meetings and conferences
7. Following up on outstanding tasks
8. Creates, assists with and updates presentations.
9. Prepares internal and external correspondence.
10. Assists with special projects as needed.
11. Support with communications via QHSSE DL inbox
12. Supporting QHSSE teams with pre and post audit activities
13. Experience in office administration supporting a team (desirable).
14. Experience in working with databases and modular software (desirable) packages.
15. Experience of data management and analysis.
16. Ability to organise and control.
17. Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
18. Proven ability to work in a multi-task environment.
19. Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
20. Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
21. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Education Requirements
28. Secondary school qualifications English and Math's
29. 0-2 years previous experience providing administrative support.
30. Professional certification may be required in some areas.
