_Role Overview:_ Develops the overall design and specifications for creating and enhancing the experience and functionality of user interfaces for firm products, including websites, software, hardware and tools. Partners with marketing, product management and product development to create design architecture, specifications and requirements for the look, feel and functionality of products. Uses design tools to create storyboards, samples, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing. Reviews proposed product changes or enhancements for compliance and alignment with desired user experience design and satisfaction standards and suggests improvements. Evaluates market and consumer user experience research and results and updates design architecture based on discovered trends and patterns. May perform user design research, including aggregation and analysis of primary and secondary research data, for consumer and user design acceptance and overall user experience. This is a remote job based in the UK, we are only considering candidates in the UK and are not offering relocation at this time.
