Our client is looking for a Graduate Conference Production Assistant. This role will start as a 6-month internship with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Conference agenda and speaker management
* Research, produce, and update conference agendas and show content
* Invite and liaise with high-level speakers and clients worldwide
* Support marketing efforts by understanding key markets
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to drive registration, revenue, and interest
* Collaborate with Event Directors, marketing, sales, operations teams, and external agencies
* Manage and brief speakers, establish strong relationships
* Maintain and update event agendas, programmes, marketing collateral, and websites
* Edit show websites as needed
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Flexible and adaptable to ad-hoc duties across departments
* Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
* Creativity and passion for the industry
* Experience with social media platforms
* Familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives via phone, email, and social media
* Ability to manage multiple relationships and requests effectively
