This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of schemes within the science, technology, and specialist infrastructure sectors, ranging in value from £35M to £80M+, all currently live and running through to 2027–2029. The Role As Building Services Manager, you will take full responsibility for the coordination, installation, and commissioning of all MEP services across multiple projects. You will work closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure building services are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
