The Role
We're looking for a driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. This is an exciting
opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to convert
warm leads into happy customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
● Making outbound calls to warm leads and following up on online enquiries
● Building rapport with potential customers and understanding their needs
● Explaining finance options clearly and compliantly
● Booking appointments with our dealership sales team
● Working towards sales targets and KPIs
● Keeping accurate records of conversations and progress in the CRM system
About You
● Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience preferred (car finance or
automotive industry a bonus, but not essential)
● Confident, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
● Self-motivated with the ability to hit and exceed targets
● Resilient and positive attitude with good organisational skills
● Willingness to learn about car finance products and SAF training
