? About the Role:
* Provide in-class support to pupils, including those with additional needs
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Support pupils’ learning, emotional development, and well-being
* Flexible roles available: day-to-day cover, short-term, and long-term placements
? Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)
* A patient and nurturing attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A relevant TA qualification or willingness to train
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
