EYFS Class Teacher – Southampton
Start Date: September 2026 Contract: 5 days per week, 8:30–3:30 — class share considered Pay: Paid to scale (£168–£233 per day)

About the Role
This position involves full class teacher responsibilities within a well‑resourced EYFS setting. The contract runs until the end of the academic year, with the potential to extend.
You will be responsible for:
* Planning, teaching and assessing using Seesaw and Tapestry
* Working closely with a year‑group partner and a full‑time LSA
* Delivering high‑quality continuous provision
* Making full use of a large outdoor exploratory area to support EYFS learning goals

* Qualified and experienced EYFS Teacher
* Confident in establishing routines and expectations

* Skilled in adapting teaching for a range of needs, including SEND
Requirements
* UK‑recognised teaching qualification
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
* Compliance with DfE and Safer Recruitment standards
