We are currently looking for a commis chef to join our team on a part-time basis.
You will be working alongside your colleagues helping to prepare for service and then working a section. You will play a vital role in delivering dishes while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
We require someone who is punctual, motivated and has a willingness to work with others, as well as, able to organise their own time and prioritise jobs accordingly and efficiently. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced settings and are eager to contribute to our restaurant's success.
Experience preferred but not essential.
Duties
* Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Assist in the preparation of ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
* Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
